With over nine years of academic experience and international industry exposure, he specializes in tourism entrepreneurship, hospitality operations, Homestay development, and community-based tourism. He holds a Ph.D. in Tourism and Hotel Management and has published multiple research papers in UGC-listed and peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Pandey has actively contributed to curriculum development, video lectures, and qualification packs for skill-based education, including Homestay Management. His practical expertise is enriched by his tenure at renowned hotels like Ramada Gulf (Saudi Arabia) and Jaypee Hotels, Mussoorie. He is a certified professional in Hospitality Systems and Beverage Management and continues to guide learners through innovative teaching and outreach initiatives in tourism education
