Admissions for eligible Nepali learners to the programmes offered by Uttarakhand Open University (UOU) through the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) mode are hereby commenced for the Academic Session July 2026, subject to the guidelines of UGC-DEB.
All applicants are required to strictly follow the "Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Enrolment of Nepali Learners" available on the University website. Admissions shall be processed only in accordance with the provisions of the SOP.
Since the admission process involves verification of documents and submission of records to UGC-DEB, the last date for admission of Nepali learners shall be ten (10) days prior to the last date prescribed for online admissions of the respective admission cycle of the University.
