The hiring criteria for students are as follows:

• FY 2024 Pass-out, with a consistent 60% throughout
• No gaps allowed except for one year in 12th grade and graduation
• Must have completed a regular full-time course in 3 years for B.Sc
• Chemistry must be one of the mandatory subjects at the graduate level
• Age: not more than 24 years on the joining date
