School of Law of the University is offering Certificate programme in Right to Information which is a 6 month popular certificate programme of 20 credits having 04 courses of 04 credits and one project work of 04 credits.

The other popular programme offered through the school is certificate programme in Cyber Space and Data Protection which is also 06 month certificate programme of 20 credits.

All the programmes offered through the school are as per the UGC regulation 2020.

Department of Human Rights and International Law

The Department of Human Rights and International Law is offering Master of Arts in Human Rights (M.A) programme from the session 2025-26 (Applied for Approval) for the students of the State who have limited sources and opportunities due to distant regions and geographical barriers.

ODL mode of education through Uttarakhand Open University in the state is blessing for the students residing in the distant regions of hilly areas.

The School and the Department of Human Rights and International Law has full time faculties.
