At the request of some learners, all learners are hereby informed that the online document verification is scheduled for March 23rd and 24th. Interested applicants may join the aforementioned document verification via the link, : https://meet.google.com/yec-bwtm-mbd
Timings: 11 A.M. – 3 P.M. only. No applicant shall be allowed after 3 P.M.
Such applicants are hereby informed that they should be prepared with the original documents and self-attested documents along with the valid Photo ID.
Self-attested documents are to be sent to [email protected] by 3:00 P.M. on the scheduled date (23rd March). Only those who follow the instructions properly will be entertained in the verification process.
Instructions:
1. The camera must be open during the verification process, in case your camera is off, the verification will not be considered.
2. 10th Class marksheet/certificate
3. 12th Class marksheet/certificate
4. UG/PG marksheet/certificate
5. Aadhaar Card for identification purpose
6. Caste certificate (if applicable)
7. ABC ID
8. DEB ID
Further such candidates are also instructed to send self-attested copies of the documents to the University’s address before 31st March 2026
