Dr. Suresh Singh Mehta is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Teacher
Education, School of Education at Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani,
Nainital district. He is the author of three books and has published fifteen
research papers in reputed national and international journals, as well as four
chapters in edited volumes. Dr. Mehta serves as the Associate Editor of the
International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research and Development. He has
experience in item writing and item analysis gained at the Survey Division of
NCERT, New Delhi. With over twelve years of teaching experience, he has
previously served as the Head of the Department of Education at Amrapali
University, Haldwani, and LSM Campus, Pithoragarh.
Dr. Mehta also has experience working as an external examiner for teaching
practical examinations and in content development. His academic interests
include Educational Philosophy, Social Studies, Educational Psychology, and
Inclusive Education.
