Dr. Bhavna Dobhal has completed her PhD in Sociology in the Department of Sociology at the Hemwanti Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University Srinagar (Garhwal) and has recently worked as Academic Consltant of sociology at Uttrakhand Open University, Haldwani. Her PhD thesis titled, “Sangthit Chhetra Mein Karyarat Mahilaon Ki Samasyaein Thatha Chunautiyan-Dehradun Nagar Ke Sandharbh mein Ek Samajshastriya Adhyayan.”
Her teaching interests include social issue, Socialization, social control and Culture. Her research papers (published / conference) include role of working women in society, women issues, Effect of political, economic and educational system in society. Her personal interests include traveling, writing and social work.
