Dr. Mamta Kumari is an Assistant Professor in the School of Education at Uttarakhand Open University, Haldwani since 2014. She holds a Ph.D., JRF, M.Ed., and M.A. in History. Her doctoral work focused on “The Resolution of Eriksonian Life Crises and Emotional Intelligence Related Abilities of Adolescent Students in Relation to their Hemispheric and Sensory Preferences.”

Her teaching interests include Educational Psychology and Research Methodology. She has several publications and conference presentations to her credit.

Dr. Mamta has also successfully supervised a doctoral thesis titled “A Cross-Sectional Study on the Development of Psychological Capital, Empathy, and Language Creativity of B.Ed. Trainees during the 2-Year B.Ed. Programme” and currently supervises two ongoing Ph.D. research scholars.
